Products, pricing & orders
All prices are listed in USD. We do our best to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color may occur between screens and the physical product. Sizing is based on manufacturer measurements and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — if we cancel your order after payment, you receive a full refund. Promotional discount codes apply only as described at the time of the promotion and only until their stated end date.
Shipping & refunds
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with delivery typically within 5–12 business days. Protected Shipping is an optional $5.95 upgrade offering priority replacement for orders lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — see our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, video, branding, and design — belongs to CozyCrittr or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyCrittr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
